大股东减持、投资者情绪和股价崩盘风险_岳世忠

近年来，大股东频繁减持严重影响了资本市场的稳健发展，由此而引发的极端风险特别是股价崩盘风险是当前经济高质量发展的一大阻碍。研究以 2010 年－2019 年的年交易在 30 周以上的 A 股上市公司为样本，实证检验了大股东减持对股价崩盘风险的影响，并在此基础上考虑了投资者情绪的中介效应。研究发现，大股东减持会增加上市公司的股价崩盘风险，投资者情绪在大股东减持与股价崩盘风险关系中发挥着部分中介效应。本研究有助于企业加强股价崩盘风险防范意识、引导投资者识别风险及启发监管部门进一步完善减持规定。
